On March 8th, people all around the world celebrate International Women’s Day. This year, our company(Wuhu Deli Foods Co.,Ltd.) decided to commemorate the occasion by heading to the beach for a day of team building activities, barbecues, and bonfire parties. It was a chance for the team to bond and have fun outside of work, all while celebrating the achievements of women and empowering each other.
The day started early as the team arrived at the beach, setting up chairs, tables, and a grill for the barbecue. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the excitement in the air was contagious. Our team had been looking forward to this event for weeks, and everyone was eager to get started.
As the morning progressed, our team participated in various team-building activities, such as tug-of-war, throwing game and sandcastle building competitions. These activities allowed our team to work together and build stronger relationships, both of which are essential for any successful team. The team also played music, creating a joyful and relaxed environment.
After a few hours of team building, the team broke for lunch, where they enjoyed a delicious barbecue feast. The food was our own marinated lamb skewers, beef skewers, hot dogs, and an array of side dishes. Everyone was content, chatting and laughing while enjoying the delicious food.
In conclusion, the team building event on March 8th was a fantastic way for our company to celebrate International Women’s Day. Our team had the chance to bond and connect outside of work, our team had bonded, laughed, and celebrated together, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
