5.HOW MUCH SHOULD I PAY FOR THE SAMPLE?
- The sample is free and the postage should be borne by you.
6.WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE OFTEN?
- Usually, we pass FedEx, DHL and EMS, if you prefer other courier companies please recommend to us.
7.HOW LONG CAN I RECEIVE A RESPONSE?

10.WHAT IS YOUR TRADING TERMS?
- FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP, DDU are all feasible for us.
11.ABOUT PAYMENT
- If the amount is less than USD10000, we hope to receive the full amount in advance.
- If we increase USD10000, we hope to receive 80% T/T in advance and balance on the original copy of the bill of lading.
12.HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
- After placing an order, the salesperson who is at your service will periodically notify you of the order update information.
13.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
- Order processing takes 2-3 business days, and standard shipping requires 2-3 days of shipping time.
14.WHEN WILL THE DELIVERY BE DELAYED?
Wuhu Deli Food Co., Ltd. promises to make every effort to ensure delivery on time. However, due to the specificity of chemical synthesis and chemical transport, delayed delivery may still occur in one or more of the following cases:

2) Customs inspection / detaining goods
3) Lost / misdelivery of the goods during transportation
