Deli Winter Team Building: Courtyard BBQ Extravaganza

When the winter sun gently sprinkled on the courtyard of Wuhu Deli Foods Co., Ltd., a team building carnival for Deli people kicked off. Although there is a cold wind in this season, the courtyard is filled with a different kind of warmth and vitality.

Without choosing the noisy venue outside, the company’s courtyard became our paradise of joy. Everyone worked together to move tables and chairs and arrange the venue, as if creating a secret paradise that belongs only to us. Among them, the most anticipated is the barbecue feast that you can do it yourself.

The ingredients are neatly placed on the side, tender meat, green vegetables, they are waiting for a wonderful transformation. We skillfully picked up the skewers and carefully strung together the delicious ingredients, just like stringing together the close friendship between Deli  people. Just as a batch was strung here, the charcoal fire on the grill over there was already burning, and the red flames jumped, as if cheering for our team building.

The barbecue process is a journey full of fun and collaboration. Some people are responsible for fanning to keep the charcoal fire in the best burning state; some people are concentrating on brushing oil on the ingredients, watching the oil droplets slide down and instantly turn into tempting aroma under the kiss of the charcoal fire; others are carefully sprinkling seasonings, and every shake seems to be playing a unique note for this taste feast. Among these many delicacies, the honey produced by our company is undoubtedly a shining star. It is served in a delicate container, with a golden and bright color, just like the warm sun in winter is condensed in it. When the honey is gently brushed on the roasted chicken wings, the originally charred skin instantly adds a charming luster.
